Another new month! It is hard to believe that January is finally gone. It seemed like such a long month. I usually enjoy January because I am in the mood for cleaning out drawers etc but not this year.

Saturday is Mikael's 14th birthday! Where have the years gone?

While going through my files and deleting stuff off my computer at work I saw the recipe that Cindy gave me for Frito salad and will probably make it if not this week end next week.

Frito Salad

1 head of lettuce broken up
1 green pepper chopped
green onions chopped

Mix together and just before serving add:

1 medium bottle creamy French dressing
2 cups grated cheddar cheese
1 medium pkg of fritos

Mix all and serve
